For dinner last night we went out to a local restaurant called Brickhouse which gave me an excuse to dress up a little :)
I ordered the house salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.The garlic butter was really tempting so we mixed up some dipping oil and vinegar.
For an appetizer we ordered tempura asparagus which was sooo good! I really liked these and probably could have had them for a meal!
For my entree I got basil pesto pasta. There was a little parmesan on top but I avoided it!
We came home for a little banana ice cream sundae! The texture is so much different when the bananas are completely frozen, it comes out much more ice cream like. On top I added some fig-coca spread and toasted pecans.
I'm a day behind on blogging so I'm going to try and catch up right now!
