I snacked on this apple a few hours after my workout. I love apples they are so sweet.
After a little house hunting errand I made myself a really simple salad with spinach, pinto beans, salsa, eight sundried tomato wheat thins, and hummus. Oh, and two gummy vites because I forgot them at breakfast!I just really wanted something sweet after lunch and I walked moped around the kitchen not finding anything I wanted or that I should eat. I almost made a few very bad decisions but ended up with a chocolatey Mojo bar. whew!
