Belated Monday Post

Wow, sorry I've been so behind lately! This is Monday's breakfast: A big ol' batch of banana oats topped with blackberries, strawberries, and peanut butter. This sat in my stomach like a rock!
A little java and a Women's Once a Day completed my breakfast.

After class I came home and made a salad with my left over burrito from Super Cucas. I emptied out the insides and put salad on top. I saved a little of the tortilla on the side and topped the whole thing with some of my homemade guacamole.
Dessert was some dried mango. I love these things!
